What individual coaching looks like.

Sessions are one hour and happen either virtually, in person or a mix of both. Between sessions we can exchange emails as often as you need.

It all begins with understanding where you are today and where you’d like to go. In our first session we’ll talk about your goals and current challenges. We’ll create a step-by-step coaching plan that is specifically tailored to help you get results and lead confidently.

We’ll work together for as long as you need, and you can stop whenever you want.
